Did You Eat Too Many Chocolate Easter Bunnies and Eggs?

Well consider this...

White chocolate has 17 grams of sugar, only 20% cocoa per 1.4 oz. serving.

Milk chocolate has 15 grams of sugar, only 40% cocoa per 1.4 oz. serving.

70% Dark chocolate has 12 grams of sugar, 70% cocoa per 1.4 oz. serving.
85% Dark chocolate has 5 grams of sugar, 85% cocoa per 1.4 oz. serving.
99% Dark chocolate has 1 gram of sugar, 99% cocoa per 1.4 oz. serving.

Therefore, eat more cocoa.  Choose the highest percent of dark chocolate.  It has more anti-oxidants than the other forms and some studies show a 12 percent lower risk of heart disease compared to those that don't indulge.
